Instead of the mess and high cost of tearing out old concrete, we use a process called poly-leveling. We drill small, penny-sized holes in the sunken slab and inject high-density polyurethane foam underneath. The foam expands, fills the voids, and lifts the concrete back to its original position. It’s faster, cleaner, and significantly more affordable than a full replacement.

One of the best parts about our process is the speed. Unlike new concrete, which can take days to cure, our poly-foam reaches 90% of its full strength within 15 to 30 minutes. You can usually walk or drive on the leveled surface almost immediately after our team finishes the job.

Because our foam is lightweight and waterproof, it doesn’t wash away or add heavy weight to the soil like traditional “mudjacking” does. It effectively seals the underside of the concrete and stabilizes the soil. While we can’t control the earth’s natural movement, our solution is designed to be a permanent fix for the voids that caused the initial sinking.

We prioritize your property’s appearance. The injection holes are very small—about the size of a dime. Once the lifting is complete, we fill the holes with a color-matched concrete grout. Over time, these spots blend in with your existing concrete, making the repair nearly invisible to the naked eye.

As long as the ground isn’t completely frozen deep beneath the slab, we can often perform concrete lifting. However, for the best results and most precise leveling, it is typically performed during the thaw and warmer months.
